Where we ship 

We currently ship exclusively to customers located within the United States.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or locations outside the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates apply to orders shipped within the United States.

Order Handling Time

1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time

5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Orders submitted after this time are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched through one of our approved fulfillment partners or trusted shipping carriers.

Transit Time

7 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday)

The estimated time of delivery is 8-15 business days within the US. 

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

There are no hidden shipping charges or additional shipping fees applied at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders within the United States. Depending on the product, warehouse location, and delivery address, shipments may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other authorized delivery partners.

Once your order has been shipped, the carrier information and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe of 8 to 15 business days, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the shipment status and, if necessary, open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Please report missing orders within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
